## Description

Kwip is a courier built for Malta's online shops. We collect from your door and deliver across Malta and Gozo, next day, with the whole job tracked from pickup to doorstep.

Most small shops in Malta end up doing their own deliveries. You pack the order, you drive it, you ring the bell, then you drive back the next day because nobody was home. Kwip takes all of that off you.

## How it works

You book a pickup when the order is actually ready. No cutoff time, no manifest to upload, no minimum number of parcels. We collect from your shop or your house, the parcel goes out on our next-day route, and your customer follows it on WhatsApp or SMS. Photo proof lands on your dashboard the moment it is delivered.

## Pricing

From €3.99 per drop, excluding VAT. That covers collection, next-day delivery anywhere in Malta, customer notifications, live tracking and photo proof of delivery. Extras are €1 each, so you know what a delivery costs before you book it.

## Cash on delivery

Plenty of Maltese customers still want to pay when the parcel is in their hands, and shops lose sales without it. Kwip collects the cash at the door for +€1 a delivery and settles the money to you every week, not once a month. For a small shop that is the difference between having cashflow and waiting for it.

- Two more delivery attempts if nobody is home
- Getting an undelivered parcel back to you
- Waiting time at your door
- No minimum volume, no monthly commitment, no contract

## Built on our own software

Kwip is not a website bolted onto a van. Pickup slots are generated from real route capacity, so a time we offer you is a time we can actually make. Every parcel carries its own code and QR and is scanned at each handover. Merchants get a self-serve portal: add a delivery, book a pickup and see exactly what you will pay, without having to talk to anyone first.

## Where we run

Malta and Gozo. Monday to Saturday, 9am to 9pm. Gozo goes out on a weekly run.

Online shops, Instagram and Facebook sellers, small retailers still doing their own drops, and anyone selling on Shopify or WooCommerce who wants the delivery half handled properly.
