Kwip collects from your shop or your house and delivers across Malta and Gozo, next day, with the whole job tracked from pickup to doorstep. You book a pickup when the order is actually ready, with no cutoff time, no manifest to upload, and no minimum number of parcels. Your customer follows the parcel on WhatsApp or SMS, and photo proof of delivery lands on your dashboard the moment it's dropped off.
What's broken about the alternative
Doing deliveries yourself costs hours, and the failed attempts are where it really hurts: a customer who isn't home means a second trip, and a bad delivery is the last thing that customer remembers about your shop. Larger couriers are built around cutoff times, manifests, and volume commitments that don't fit a shop shipping a handful of orders a day.
Kwip is priced and built for the small end. There's no contract, no monthly commitment, and no minimum volume, and a failed delivery doesn't turn into extra charges.
How it works
Flat per-drop pricing: from €3.99 per drop excluding VAT, covering collection, next-day delivery anywhere in Malta, customer notifications, live tracking, and photo proof of delivery.
Extras are €1 each: cash on delivery, an extra parcel to the same address, or Gozo, so you know what a delivery costs before you book it.
Cash on delivery, settled weekly: Kwip collects the cash at the door and pays it out to you every week, not once a month.
Nothing extra for the usual problems: two more delivery attempts if nobody's home, returning an undelivered parcel, and waiting time at the door are all included.
Built on its own software: pickup slots are generated from real route capacity, every parcel carries its own code and QR that's scanned at each handover, and merchants get a self-serve portal to add deliveries and book pickups.

Who this is for
